We are currently in a legal dispute with Shaka Wasaga. Despite any claims by anyone the owners agreed to be liscencees with Tiki Tours International. They simply walked away and have been operating without our permission. Just look at the article from 2021. Boat Registration
Ownership of the boats is jointly owned by Tiki Tours International Inc. As owners we have not seen a penny from bookings. See ownership by visiting Transport Canada. Use the vessel numbers below. Shaka Wasaga is operating in bad faith.
